Jad’s love for photography started back in Syria in his hometown, where he would stroll the streets with a camera in hand, exploring the ruins and aftermath of the war. Although he was in university for engineering at the time, something about capturing the most vulnerable moments of his city and narrating a part of their story through his lens was captivating to him.

After moving to Canada, he perused the photography program at his local arts school. Quickly his student portraits started getting noticed by modelling agencies and he began his journey of Beauty and Fashion Photography. He started to combine the expression and emotion he craved in an image along with the art of fashion. 

Today, Jad works with modeling agencies all over Canada with his work being globally recognized on different platforms and publications. Additionally, he continues his passion for teaching in photography and retouching.
